Jennifer MacDonald is an associate in our New York tax group where she has been involved in a variety of multi-national transactions, including acquisitions and reorganizations, leasing and financing transactions, and debt and equity offerings.  She has additional experience with  tax planning for non-U.S. persons and the U.S. law governing not-for-profit entities.  Prior to joining Davies, Jennifer was associated with another major law firm in New York, where she worked in the tax group and the private clients group.

Jennifer received a J.D .from Yale Law School in 1995 where she was an editor of the Yale Law Journal and an editor of the Yale Journal of Law & the Humanities.  She received a B.A. in Economics with High Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1992.
