Jimmy Khan is an associate in the corporate finance and securities group.  His corporate practice focuses on securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate deals.  Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate in the Private Equity group of a premier Connecticut law firm, and has also worked in public service for the City of New York Office of Corporation Counsel.

Jimmy has previously advised clients in the technology sector on financing rounds, corporate governance issues, and mergers and acquisitions.  Currently, he has a broad corporate practice with an emphasis on securities transactions involving multi-jurisdictional regulation and governance.

Jimmy received an LL.B. (Hons.) in Banking and Finance Law from Brunel University in 2001 and a Graduate Degree in International Securities Transactions from Boston University School of Law in 2002.  He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2005.
