Robin Upshall is a partner in the corporate finance and securities group.

Robin has been involved in several securities offerings and mergers, including the initial public offering of the units of Altus Income Fund, in which the firm acted on behalf of the underwriters, debt and equity issuances for multiple public-private infrastructure projects, on behalf of Patheon Inc. in its acquisition of MOVA Pharmaceuticals Corporation and on behalf of Masonite International Corporation when it was acquired by an affiliate of Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co.

Robin received a B.Sc. in Chemistry and a B.A. (Honours) in History from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.  She summered and articled with the firm and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2005. Robin became a partner in 2007.
