Hélène Laferrière is an associate working as a lawyer-revisor in the Legal Translation Department of the firm. She reviews a wide variety of legal documents relating mainly to securities and corporate and commercial law, such as prospectuses, management information circulars, annual information forms, take-over bids, offering memorandums, press releases, material change reports, and various types of agreements.

Hélène is a member of the Canadian Association of Legal Translators. She completed her B.Sc. in Anthropology in 1986 as well as her LL.B. in 1990, both at the Université de Montréal. She also completed her M.A. in Translation at the same university in 1999. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 1991.

Hélène is fluent in French and in English and has studied Chinese and Spanish.
