Olivier was involved in the restructuring of the French subsidiaries of the American groups Borgwarner and Gates, the restructuring of Alsthom and the restructuring of the Spanish subsidiary of l’Oréal. He also participated in the acquisition in France of a subsidiary of an oil company (Vintage Oil Ecuador) by the Chinese company Sinochem.
He has also acted as counsel for the main foreign and French investment banks, including Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan Chase and Société Générale, in connection with structured financing transactions (issue of hybrid securities, securitization programs, temporary assignments of securities, etc.).
Olivier holds a D.E.S.S. in corporate tax from Paris-Dauphine University, a Masters in business and tax law from Paris-Assas University and an LL.M. in German civil and commercial law from the University of Munich. He is a member of the Paris Bar.
Olivier speaks three languages: French, English and German.
