Jennifer Pankratz is a partner in the corporate finance and securities law practice groups.  Since joining the firm as a student in 2001, she has worked on a variety of transactions including public and private securities offerings, corporate reorganizations and private equity financings.

Recently, Jennifer has been involved in Fortis Inc.'s offering of approximately $50 million of first preference units and InnVest REIT's offering of approximately $103.5 million of trust units and unsecured convertible debentures.  As part of her practice, Jennifer also advises clients on compliance with securities regulation and other corporate matters.

Jennifer received a B.A. (Honours) in Political Science and Law and Society (magna cum laude) from York University and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.  She summered and articled with the firm and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2004. Jennifer became a partner in 2007.
