Sean Campbell is a partner in the litigation group. 

Since joining the firm as a summer student, Sean has worked on a number of high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation cases before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Competition Tribunal.  Sean is co-author of "Litigation and Regulation of Issuer Bids, Related Party Transactions and Going Private Transactions", published as part of the Law Society's Six Minute Securities Lawyer series.

Sean has a Masters degree in English Literature from McGill University and graduated with Distinction from the combined LL.B./MBA program offered by the law school at the University of Western Ontario and the Richard Ivey School of Business.  During his time at Western, Sean assisted Professor Richard McLaren in writing Secured Transactions in Personal Property in Canada, the Annotated Ontario Personal Property Security Act, Canadian Commercial Reorganization: Preventing Bankruptcy and Innovative Dispute Resolution – The Alternative.  Sean finished first in his graduating year of law school, was on the Dean's List each year of the combined program and was Gold Medallist in 2003, awarded for the highest standing in the combined program.

Sean articled with the firm and returned as a member of the firm's litigation group following his call to the Ontario Bar in 2004.  He became a partner in 2007.
