Upon commencing employment, all staff participate in an extensive orientation session combined with relevant training and integration initiatives. Our legal secretaries participate in a comprehensive two week training program which provides them with a strong overview of our technical applications and document standards.

Part-Time Receptionist (Contract)
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Evening Receptionist. The hours of work are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for a total of 17.5 hours per week (some flexibility is required for the occasional change in shifts).

*We will require you to work five nights a week from May 1 – August 31, 2010.*

This position requires a professional, responsible and friendly individual with excellent client service skills to greet and escort clients to boardrooms, answer telephones and    co-ordinate boardroom bookings. You will also book conference and travel arrangements, co-ordinate catering and audio-visual needs, report concerns regarding the premises and close the Reception area at the end of your shift.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, general computer skills and previous experience in a busy, professional office. Qualified candidates will also be self-directed, well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous receptionist experience is a definite asset.

Casual Kitchen Assistant
We are currently seeking a Casual Kitchen Assistant to work in the Kitchen.

The Casual Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and servicing client luncheons and meetings in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff; providing food and drink services to boardroom meetings as requested; assisting with cleaning and maintaining kitchen and servery areas including scrubbing, sweeping, and restocking; and, clearing boardrooms and offices of various kitchen items.  They will also respond to general kitchen inquiries and requests as required.  Please note that this position involves lifting of moderate to heavy items (up to 60 lbs), including full serving trays and cases of beverages.

The ideal candidate will be hard working, conscientious, well organized and responsible.  They will also possess a strong client service focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
