Office Services Clerk
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) préposé(e) aux services internes à temps plein.

Relevant du Chef des services internes vous avez les principales responsabilités de traiter diverses tâches connexes aux services internes ainsi que celles reliées aux dossiers et archives.

Vos responsabilités incluent, entre autres, de :

  • traiter, trier et distribuer : le courrier, les documents par messager, les télécopies (ainsi que celles par voie électronique)
  • procéder à la distribution des journaux
  • imprimer, scanner et photocopier des documents
  • faire la reliure de documents
  • assembler et ranger les dossiers des clients
  • effectuer la recherche de dossiers
  • classer les documents dans les dossiers
  • participer à la réalisation de divers projets
Formation, compétences et connaissances requises

  • Posséder un diplôme d'études secondaires
  • Être bilingue (français et anglais)
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office et avoir une aisance avec les logiciels informatiques en général
  • Avoir un bon esprit d’équipe et une capacité de bien travailler de façon autonome
  • Sait demeurer courtois et poli en tout temps
  • Apte à gérer les priorités et apte à travailler sous pression
  • Capable d'exécuter ses tâches avec rapidité, précision et minutie tout en minimisant le risque d'erreurs
  • Être débrouillard et pouvant exécuter plusieurs tâches de front
  • Être disponible pour temps supplémentaire occasionnel

Marketing Manager
Our Montréal office is currently seeking a dedicated marketing professional to join our Marketing & Business Development team.

Reporting to the Director, Business Development (Montréal) and working in collaboration with Toronto counterparts, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall marketing function of the firm.  In this role the successful candidate will utilize basic principles of media and public relations to develop and manage a comprehensive media/public relations program; identify, establish and maintain relationships with strategic publications and media personnel; plan and manage a variety of marketing projects including events, and marketing and business development materials and keep abreast of current marketing practices in the marketplace with a specific focus on the legal profession.  In partnership with our Toronto counterparts and outside resources, you will also develop appropriate advertising plans in support of the firm's overall strategic plan; assist practice groups and individual lawyers with their marketing and communication needs and participate in the content strategy and development of the firm's corporate website.

This dynamic role requires someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience within a full service marketing or public relations role.  In addition to excellent communications skills in both French and English, the candidate has strong initiative; experience within a public relations/media relations/advertising agency or corporate communications department; excellent writing skills with the demonstrated ability to compose short articles, appointment notices, press releases, speeches and other media relations material.  The ideal candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills, possess a professional and confident demeanour and have the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
