Oxford Properties Group Inc. sold the office tower at 630 René Lévesque Boulevard West in Montreal to a buyer group consisting of an entity controlled by New York-based Centurian Management Corp., The Montreal Blue Trust and by a group of Montreal investors led by Redbourne Investments Inc. The deal closed on October 9, 2003, and its value is undisclosed.
