Congratulations to Sandra Forbes, who has been appointed President of The Advocates' Society for the 2009-2010 term.  Sandra has played an active role at The Advocates' Society since 2000, as both an instructor and a member of the Executive Committee.

The Advocates' Society is a professional association for advocates with some 3,800 members throughout Ontario. It is the primary provider of advocacy skills training in the province and it plays a prominent role in contributing to justice reform initiatives and in preserving and strengthening the position of advocates and the rights of the public.
