On November 16, 2004, Xceed Mortgage Corporation entered into an amended and restated credit agreement with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, as lender and agent, and HSBC Bank of Canada and Bank of Montreal, as lenders, which provides for credit facilities in the amount of Cdn.$60,000,000.
