Iron Age Corporation Enters into US$37,572,000 Credit Facility with Bank of America, N.A.

On September 20, 2004, Iron Age Corporation entered into a loan and security agreement with Bank of America, N.A. which provides for credit facilities in the amount of US $37,572,000.  Iron Age is the largest supplier of safety footwear products to the industrial market in North America.


Iron Age Corporation was represented in the United States by a team comprised of Jeffrey P. Steele, Carl F. Barnes and Alyssa J. Huber of Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, P.C. and in Canada by Derek R.G. Vesey and Darren Wasylucha of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP.  Bank of America was represented in the US by John McEnroe and Suzanne Johnson of Vedder, Price, Kaufman & Kammholz, P.C. and in Canada by Richard Winter, Q.C. and David Wilson of Beard Winter LLP.
