Our Trusts & Estates practice offers private and commercial clients alike our recognized multi-jurisdictional expertise in all aspects of trusts & estates law coupled with our market leading tax practice.  The lawyers in our Trusts & Estates practice have the depth of knowledge and breadth of experience to deliver sophisticated, innovative planning on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border and internationally.  In addition to our broad-based planning practice, we regularly advise trustees and other fiduciaries of both private and commercial trusts.  We also act as litigation counsel in trust & estate matters.

Organizational Leadership
Members of our Trusts & Estates practice are active in national and international organizations, including the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.  Our lawyers are widely published and are regularly invited to speak at conferences and seminars on all facets of our diverse Trusts & Estates practice. Members of our practice have also taught in universities on a full-time or part-time basis.
