Our asset securitization practice is a leader in the Canadian securitization marketplace built on a foundation of creating some of the first securitization transactions in Canada, and in some cases, the world.  Our transactions include developing structures for consumer lines of credit, credit card receivables, trade receivables, automobile loans and leases, equipment loans and leases, mutual fund deferred payment charges, residential and commercial mortgages and collateralized bond and loan obligations.  We have significant experience in establishing single- and multi-vendor special purpose vehicles in Canada and abroad, with financing achieved through commercial paper, medium term notes, long term bonds and participation certificates in the private and public markets.
