Celestica Inc. in connection with manufacturing outsourcing transactions in the United States, Ireland, Italy, Brazil and Japan with leading OEMs such as Lucent, Avaya, Motorola, IBM, HP and NEC.

CGI in the establishment by Canada Post and CGI of an information technology services company to provide all IT services to the Canada Post Group as well as to other postal organizations worldwide. This is a ten-year arrangement valued at Cdn$3.5 billion.

A major Canadian retailer in the outsourcing of its business applications portfolio and IT infrastructure. This was the first client of IBM’s Global Services Retail Solutions Centre in Montreal, requiring innovative approaches and solutions.
