TD Capital, the private equity arm of TD Bank Financial Group, completed the closing of the TD Capital Mezzanine Partners Fund – a mezzanine debt fund comprised primarily of institutional investors committing Cdn$500 million to the fund. It is the largest private private equity debt fund in Canada.
