Series of agreements between Bell Canada and Rev D Networks Inc. and a consortium of Canadian and American venture capital investors for the spinout of the Mediator softswitch technology developed by Bell Canada to Rev D Networks for further development and commercialization, involving equipment, personnel and intellectual property rights, and an agreement by Rev D to provide support services to Bell as well as an investment of US$14 million for further development and commercial exploitation of the Mediator technology.
