Ontario Infrastructure Projects Corporation completed a private placement of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 3.95% Infrastructure Renewal Bonds, Series 2008-A1 due June 3, 2013. The net proceeds will be used to provide municipalities, universities and other prescribed public bodies in the Province of Ontario with financing for the development or renewal of public infrastructure.
