BMO Nesbitt Burns and various syndicates of dealers including RBC Capital Markets, CIBC World Markets Inc., National Bank Financial Inc, Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc., Casgrain and Company Ltd. and Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. have led numerous capital markets financings of secured senior and subordinated debentures and medium term notes for 407 International Inc. for over $12 billion since its initial offering in 1999. 407 International Inc. is the sole shareholder of 407 ETR Concession Company which has the Concession and Ground Lease for Highway 407 in Ontario. Davies acted for the underwriters in establishing the 407 capital markets platform and provides corporate finance, securities law and tax advice to the underwriting syndicate.
