The Nycomed Group of Denmark has acquired ALTANA Pharma AG, the pharmaceutical business of German-based ALTANA AG. The transaction is valued at 4.215 billion Euros. Davies represented Nycomed in respect of Competition Act and Investment Canada Act matters.
