Amcor Limited of Melbourne, Australia completed the sale of its polyethylene terephthalate (PET) packaging operation in Europe, comprising seven plants and an R&D centre in six countries, to La Seda de Barcelona S.A, of Barcelona, Spain, for a purchase price of approximately 430 million euros. Davies represented Amcor Limited.
