Barrick Gold Corporation announced that it had acquired approximately 94.7 percent of the outstanding shares of Arizona Star Resource Corp. and that it would proceed to acquire the remaining shares pursuant to a compulsory acquisition transaction.  Davies represented Barrick Gold Corporation in the transaction.
