TSX Group Inc. and Montréal Exchange Inc. announced on December 10, 2007 that they have agreed to combine their organizations to create TMX Group Inc., a leading integrated exchange group,  in a deal valued at approximately $1.3 billion. Davies is representing TSX Group Inc.
