IPC US Real Estate Investment Trust has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to be acquired by Everclear Acquisition Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Behringer Harvard REIT I, Inc. in an all cash transaction valued at approximately US$1.4 billion. Davies is representing IPC US REIT in matters relating to corporate finance and securities, regulatory, commercial real estate, pensions and benefits, environmental and tax.
