Citibank, N.A. acted as agent for a syndicate of lenders in a US$1 billion multi-currency asset-based revolving credit facility for SABIC Innovative Plastics Holding B.V., SABIC Innovative Plastics Holding US LP and SABIC Innovative Plastics Canada ULC, made available for general corporate purposes.  Davies represented Citibank N.A. and syndicate of lenders in matters relating to the asset-based revolving credit facility.
