Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited completed an offering of 8,455,000 common shares in Canada and the United States for aggregate proceeds of $250,014,350.  The net proceeds are being used to fund the completion of construction of Agnico's Lapa mine project, construction of its Kittila mine project and the exploration and development of Agnico's other projects.  Davies represented Agnico on corporate securities and tax matters.
