Khan Resources Inc. completed a public offering of 8,150,000 common shares at a price of $3.70 per share for gross proceeds of $30,155,000.  the net proceeds of the offering, which was underwritten by Haywood Securities Inc., will be principally used for further exploration and development of Khan's Dornod uranium project and for general corporate purposes.
