Davies represented the agency syndicate led by Scotia Capital Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. in the completion of a $1.2 billion debenture offering by Manulife Financial.  The offering of subordinated debentures, a portion of the offering, was the first innovative Tier 2b capital offering in Canada.
