Cominar REIT has entered into a binding asset purchase agreement with Homburg Invest Inc. to purchase 6.5 million square feet of office and industrial properties. The properties represent approximately 72% of the leasable space Homburg is to acquire in its pending purchase of Alexis Nihon REIT. Davies is representing Cominar REIT.
