Agricore United has been acquired by Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, following a takeover battle with James Richardson International, in a deal valued at $1.8 billion.  Agricore United, based in Winnipeg Manitoba, is Western Canada's largest grain handling and merchandising company. Davies represented Agricore United.
