Plenary Health has been engaged to build, finance and operate the North Bay Regional Health Centre project.  This is Infrastructure Ontario's first project in its "public/private" DBFO initiative in the health care sector.  The North Bay Regional Health Centre will serve the whole of northeast Ontario through the modernization and expansion of the general hospital and the creation of the Northeast Mental Health Centre.  The Plenary Health team consists of Plenary Group, Deutsche Bank AG, PCL Constructors Canada and Johnson Controls.  Davies is transaction counsel to the Plenary Health consortium.
