Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation and Caesar's World Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harrah's Entertainment, Inc., have entered into re-branding and licensing agreements for a $400 million redevelopment of Casino Windsor.  Following the completion of the redevelopment, the casino will be re-named Caesars Windsor.  Davies advised the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation with regard to the re-branding and licensing agreements.
