Celestica Inc. announced that a wholly-owned subsidiary had entered into an agreement to purchase the Philippine manufacturing operation of Powerwave Technologies, Inc., a global provider of wireless infrastructure solutions.  In connection with the acquisition, Celestica and Powerwave will enter into a multi-year supply agreement that will see Celestica becoming Powerwave's preferred outsourcing partner.  Davies provided corporate/commercial and environmental advice to Celestica Inc.
