LaSalle Hotel Properties acquired Westin Copley Place hotel located in the Back Bay of the Boston area for consideration of approximately US$318 million, including this issuance of preferred partnership units of the operating partnership of LaSalle Hotel Properties to one of the previous owners.  Davies represented the previous owners of the hotel in this transaction.
