BCE Inc. and The Woodbridge Company Limited announced a recapitalization and new ownership structure for Bell Globemedia Inc.  Under the new shareholder structure, Woodbridge will own 40 percent of Bell Globemedia and BCE, Torstar Corporation and Teachers' Private Capital, the private investment arm of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, will each own 20 percent.  BCE is expected to receive cash proceeds of approximately $1.3 billion, including $607 million as a return of capital.
