Davies represented Premier Tech Ltd who entered into a loan agreement providing for a revolving credit facility of up to US$70 million made available to it by CIT Business Credit Canada Inc. The proceeds from the facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness and will also be used to provide for the ongoing working capital requirements and ongoing business development of Premier Tech Ltd.
