Davies is acting as counsel to Eaux Vives Harricana Inc. and its two subsidiaries in their restructuring under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.  As part of this process, Davies negotiated the sale of substantially all of the assets of the debtors to an entity controlled by Morgan Stanley & Co.  This transaction is expected to allow the debtors to propose a plan of arrangement to their creditors, which claims aggregate over $100 millions.
