Gemin X Biotechnologies Inc. completed a US$65.2 million financing consisting of a private placement of US$50 million to investors including the Sanderling group of funds, HIG Ventures and the Merlin BioMed Group as well as debt of US$15.2 million as part of the Quebec Biolevier Program. Gemin X Biotechnogies Inc. is in clinical development of a cancer drug.
