CHC Helicopter Corporation completed a U.S.$250 million offering of its 73/8 per cent senior subordinated notes by way of a 144A offering in the U.S. and a private placement in Canada. Davies represented both Merrill Lynch & Co. which acted as sole book-running manager, and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., which acted as joint-lead manager. CHC Helicopter Corporation is the world's largest provider of helicopter services to the global offshore oil and gas industry, with aircrafts operating in 30 countries and a team of approximately 3,500 professionals worldwide.
