McCain Foods Ltd. acquired the assets of the Carberry, Manitoba potato processing plant owned by Midwest Food Products Inc.(a subsidiary of Nestlé Canada Inc.) for an undisclosed purchase price. Davies provided Competition advice to McCain in Canada.
