Davies acted on behalf of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, one of the selling equity holders, in the U.S.$175 million acquisition of Algorithmics , a Toronto-based risk management firm which had several equity holders, by Fitch Group, Inc., a Fimalac SA company. Algorithmics provides financial institutions with advanced enterprise risk management solutions that help them better measure and manage their financial risk.
