Capital Infragaz LP, a limited partnership formed by a group of investors led by the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, acquired a 50.38% stake in Noverco Inc. for CDN$900 million. Davies represented Gaz de France, one of the other significant shareholders of Noverco, together with Enbridge.
