Celestica Inc. divested its Power Systems business, with operations in Canada, the United States, the People's Republic of China and Thailand, to C&D Technologies, Inc for US$52.8 million. In connection with the sale, the parties entered into a supply agreement under which Celestica will manufacture certain power products for C&D Technologies for a three-year period.
