The Body Shop International PLC acquired the head office and retail operations of The Body Shop Canada, its head franchisee in Canada (94272 Canada Limited). The Body Shop International completed the acquisition through its Canadian and U.S. wholly-owned subsidiaries, The Body Shop Canada Limited and Buth-Na-Bodhaige Inc. The Canadian Body Shop operation is conducted through 111 stores across Canada, 69 of which are owned by sub-franchisees.
