Wal-Mart - First Pro Realty Partnership has sold, or agreed to sell, 38 shopping centres throughout Canada to Calloway REIT for an amount in excess of $890 million. These sales have been done in a series of four transactions and also involve development agreements for substantial future development of many of these properties.
